19 Computing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any data loss – it is recommended that customers keep a backup of their important data. We also cannot be held responsible for any further hardware failure that occurs whilst the machine or mobile device is within our care. Due to the nature of mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads there may be small marks caused by opening of the product and there may be very small amounts of movement in the plastics after repair. We can also not be held responsible for any additional damage to internal components caused by shattered glass from cracked screens or digitizers whilst they are being removed. If machines left in the care of 19 Computing are not collected within 3 months – they will be disposed of with no further warning. Labour is charged at £49.95 or £35 for students. A diagnostic charge of £20 applies to repairs not gone ahead with for any reason. A charge of £20 is payable up front on jobs that purely require data to be recovered, this is non refundable and payable regardless whether or not the data can be recovered. Motherboard repairs and console repairs carry a 60 day wty. Mobile phone and tablet repairs carry a 90 day wty. Playstation reflows i.e. yellow light of death carry a 30 day wty – if it fails again within this time we will reflow again in order for you to be able to get your data off the machine but we would then recommend replacing the machine, we will be unable to refund on the reflow. There is no warranty on laptop nVidia / AMD graphics chip reflows. Laptop motherboard component level repairs carry a surcharge as do Liquid Damage motherboard ultrasonic cleans. Data backup if required at time of pc repair is charged at £10 for up to 50GB and then £10 per 50GB afterwards. Data recovery on failed devices is subject to further surcharges.
